Software for Dielectric and Impedance Spectroscopy, Temperature Control, U-I Measurements, TSDC, and Data Analysis

In modern measurement systems, software plays a key role as it typically represents the interface between the user and the system.

Novocontrol offers the following packages for system control, data evaluation and representation and non linear curve fitting.

DETACHEM

DETACHEM
DETACHEM is our most recent software package, representing a vastly extended merge of former WinDETA and WinCHEM packages. As a consequence, it allows all measurement and setup features for dielectric/impedance spectroscopy (frequency domain) and voltage/current (U-I) measurements in the time domain. Key new features are a simplied experiment setup (basic mode), more sophisticated experiments with groups of time and frequency domain measurements with repetition options (advanced mode), automatic device detection, and improved graphics.

WinFIT

WinFIT
WinFIT is our solution for researchers who wish to analyze dielectric and impedance spectra. It provides advanced non-linear curve fitting techniques which ensure accurate and fast determination of material parameters and the detailed analysis of molecular relaxations. Equivalent Circuit Analysis for impedance spectra is extended by arbitrary complex functions. These can be defined in a versatile and easily applicable way. Special evaluations for dielectric measurements in polymer research are included like Havriliak Negami functions, Williams Landel Ferry (WLF), master plots and time domain conversion. Measured and fitted data can be displayed in various ways using powerful two and three dimensional graphics. (Brochure)

RelaxIS

Relaxis 3
RelaxIS is a stand-alone impedance analysis software. It offers extensive capabilities in handling impedance data, plotting it in various different representations (Nyquist, Bode, custom) and transfer functions and fitting the spectra to equivalent circuits or physical models (including Autofitting capability). RelaxIS also allows further evaluation of the fit results, e.g. creating custom plots of fit results vs. metadata (e.g. temperature) or by performing built-in Arrhenius- and VFT fits. The included Circuit Simulator is also extremely helpful in teaching impedance spectroscopy by giving the ability to freely define, plot and change simulated data of equivalent circuits or other models.

WinDETA

WinDETA
WinDETA has been our standard package for system control of dielectric and impedance spectrometers. Multi-dimensional experiment setup, data evaluation and graphical representation in two or three dimensional online diagrams are included. Note that all our new measurement solutions are equipped with DETACHEM now, see above.

WinIMP

WinDETA
is an economical package for control and evaluation of dielectric and impedance measurements without temperature control. WinIMP includes WinDETA and WinPLOT.

WinTSC

WinTSC
controls our TSDC system. Supports flexible multi dimensional experiment definition including thermal windowing and time domain. Data evaluation and powerful two and three dimensional online graphics are included.
